GermanRetro is all about finding, driving, loving and investing in Classic Air-cooled German Automobiles. We are focused on pre-1976 Volkswagen Beetles, Ghia's and Buses. This site is an online resource which allows Volkswagen lovers to add and edit content collectively.

• The articles should be focused on Air-cooled Volkswagens.
• Knowledgebase articles should be how-to and/or informative.
• Showroom Articles should be about your volkswagen.
• Museum articles should document a part, assembly or entire vehicle.
• Service Articles should be about a Volkswagen service, vendor or shop.

GermanRetro IS NOT

GermanRetro is not a typical website where only one person edits the content. It is not a forum, where long threads of discussion are waded through to find good information. The articles themselves are not a place to blog or chat. The User Talk pages and Article Discussion pages are a great place to do this.
